Simon Williams

Simon Williams has over twenty years’ experience of Youth and Community Work, and over 8 years’ experience in teaching at higher education, during which he has been a placement coordinator, working with both agencies and students to develop the best student experience on placement possible. Simon is Assistant Head of Discipline for Social and Community Studies at the University of Derby and is keen in supporting both practitioners and academics to challenge the barriers to active research practice.
